Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Inner Sound is designed to be accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, in line with the Norwegian Regulations on universal design of ICT solutions and Israeli Standard IS 5568.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, proper heading structure, and ARIA landmarks.
- Maintain colour contrast ratios at AA or above for body text and interactive elements.
- Provide full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
- Honour the operating-system prefers-reduced-motion setting across all animations.
- Avoid autoplay for any audio or video; players are always user-initiated.
- Label all form fields programmatically and surface errors with assistive-technology-readable messages.
- Use descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
Known limitations
Embedded media players (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Bandcamp) are provided by third parties; their accessibility is governed by those providers. We hide them behind a click-to-load placeholder with descriptive labels.
